Biography: |
A native of Alabama, Randy graduated from the University of Tennessee, summa cum laude, and The University of Alabama School of Law, cum laude. Upon graduating from law school in 1997, Randy moved to Greenville, where he began practicing law with a large regional law firm. He joined Roe Cassidy Coates & Price, P.A. in January 2004, and concentrates his practice in the areas of general litigation, employment defense, medical malpractice defense, and health care law.
Randy has tried cases in federal and state courts as well as handled appeals in the federal and state appellate courts. In addition to his litigation experience, Randy works with clients regarding proactive prevention strategies to avoid litigation.
An active and involved member of Taylors First Baptist Church, Randy also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Management at Anderson College, and is a past President of the Anderson Area Society of Human Resource Management.
