Biography: |
Sean is a title insurance agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company and represents sellers, purchasers, lenders, and developers in a variety of real estate matters, including the sale, purchase, lease, development, and financing of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Sean is also experienced in litigation and dispute resolution involving contract matters, real estate matters, and mortgage loan defaults. Sean also serves as general outside counsel for several local lending institutions in the Greenville area.
Sean is a native of Easley and has been in the private practice of law in Greenville, South Carolina since 1996. Prior to entering private practice, Sean served as Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Larry R. Patterson, State Circuit Court Judge for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Greenville, South Carolina. While in law school, Sean served as Law Clerk for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, Office of General Counsel. Sean is a founding member of Roe Cassidy Coates & Price, P.A.
